  • Crust:
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 Stick Margarine
  • Nut Filling:
  • Ground Pecans or Walnuts, Milk, Sugar, Vanilla,
  • Fruit Filling:
  • Apricot Preserves, or Prune Butter

    Turn oven onto 350. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Use a mixer with a dough hook until it forms a ball. Divide into smaller balls and put in refrigerator overnight.

    Prepare Nut Filling.

    Roll out dough balls into a thin, flat circle and cut like a pizza into 6 slices. Put small bit filling in the widest part and roll into a crescent.
