Killer Mashed Potatoes

  • 3 large, white potatoes
  • 3 large, red potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. grated horseradish or 1 Tbsp. cream-style
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Wash and cube potatoes; leave skins on.

    Cook until tender. In pan, saute the onions (2 tablespoons of regular onions can be used instead) until golden.

    Mash potatoes, skins and all.

    Add sauteed onions and rest of ingredients.

    Can be made the night before and reheated.
