- 12 oz wide egg noodles
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion or shallot
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped marjoram
Directions

1Cook noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.

2Meanwhile, melt butter over medium heat. Cook onion for 1 min, or until softened. Add chicken stock, herbs and noodles. Toss to combine then cook for 1 min, or until heated through. Season.
