- 100 grams Pasta
- 100 grams Kimchi
- 1/2 bunch Chinese garlic chives
- 50 ml Milk (or soy milk)
- 1 Egg
- 1 slice Sliced cheese (not melting)
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 Black pepper
Directions

1In a bowl, add the ingredients (milk, egg, torn up cheese) and mix.

2In a frying pan, heat olive oil and add the kimchi and chives cut into 4 cm lengths.

3Saute lightly.

4Turn the heat to low and add the mix from Step 1.

5Mix together.

6As the cheese melts, it will thicken the sauce.

7Turn off the heat.

8Toss with boiled pasta and mix together.

9Add some black pepper to taste.
