- 1 lb. crab meat
- 5 strips bacon, diced
- 2 onions, minced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. light stock (fish, crab or chicken)
- 2 c. half and half
Directions

1Saute bacon until crisp.

2Remove from pan.

3In bacon fat, saute onions, celery and garlic until translucent.

4Sprinkle flour and salt over vegetables.

5Stir.

6Slowly add stock.

7Stir until simmering.
