- 2 fryers, boiled, boned and skinned (save stock)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, run through blender
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
Directions

1Simmer in stock after chicken is removed the onion and green pepper for 10 minutes.

2Drain.

3Dip tortillas in stock.

4Line bottom of pan.

5Layer chicken, onion and green pepper and cheese. Pour cans of soup and tomatoes over it.

6Bake 30 minutes at 375°. Freezes well when uncooked.
