- 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 4 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Stir milk and flour together until smooth.

2Add yolks, sugar, butter and egg whites to mixture.

4Add butter to skillet and cook as you would scrambled eggs.
