  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 to 4 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 to 2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 large can chow mein noodles or cooked rice (about 2 c.)

Directions

    Brown hamburger and add celery and onions.

    Simmer until all is done.

    Add 2 cans soup and simmer a bit longer.

    Serve over noodles or rice.
