Knorr Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
• 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
• 1 1/2 c. sour cream
• 1 c. Hellmann's or Best Foods real mayonnaise
• 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 3/4 c. celery, chopped
• 1 large (16 oz.) cream cheese, softened
• 2 c. cooked shrimp, cut up
• 1/2 c. onions, cut up (or onion flakes)
• salt to taste
