  • 1 1 lb box grooved pasta, such as radiatori
  • 1 1/2 cups plain regular or low fat yogurt (not non-fat)
  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • 3 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2-1 tsp salt, depending on taste
  • 1/2-1 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, diced (or 1 1/2 tsp jarred crushed garlic)
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables, or 1 head broccoli, chopped
