- 5 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. margarine
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 egg white
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and milk in large bowl.

2Add cooled, melted margarine and beaten eggs.

3Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.

4Add 1 teaspoon sugar to water and add to mixture.

5Mix with hands but do not knead.

6Add more flour if mixture seems too rich.

7Chill overnight and roll out in powdered sugar.

8Cut into rounds and make an indentation with your thumb for filling.

9Fill with prune or walnut filling and bake at 350° for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
