- 1 cake compressed yeast or 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 Tbsp. sour cream (at room temperature)
- 2 c. flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 can Solo filling
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Soften the yeast in sour cream, add flour and egg yolk.

2Add butter and mix.

3Divide dough in half and roll out each portion on a slightly floured board to 1/8 inch thick.

4Cut into rounds or squares and put on a greased cookie sheet.

5Make a dent in the center of each one with thumb.

6Place 1 teaspoon of filling in center (apricot or cherry can be used).

7Bake in 350° oven for about 15 minutes.

8Do not brown.
