Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine (softened)
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 4 cups flour (sifted 3 times)
  • 2 (12 1/2 ounce) cans solo brand filling
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

    cream together margarine,butter and sour cream.

    add the brandy.

    add 4 cup sifted flour one cup at a time.

    Mix everything together so that it forms into a ball.

    you may have to use your hands or a wooden

    Make 4 balls wrap in waxed paper.

    Chill dough overnight.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    roll out each ball one at a time on floured table using the extra 2 cups of flour as needed into a rectangle.

    cut into small squares, fill each square with a tablespoon of filling.fold corners into center and pinch closed.

    Bake 12 to 15 minuets until lightly browned.

    cool on racks, dust with powered sugar.
