- 8 radishes, grated
- 6 scallions, chopped
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 12 cup white vinegar
- 12 cup water
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Place cucumbers, celery, radushes, and scallions in a medium bowl.
