  • 5 to 6 tablespoons Ground sesame seeds
  • 5 to 6 tablespoons Bonito flakes
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Ponzu
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise

    Blanch the komatsuna until tender.

    Rinse komatsuna in cold water, then thoroughly squeeze out excess water.
