  • 1 package (0.14 Oz. Size) Unsweetened Kool-Aid Mix, Any Flavor
  • 1-2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1-1/4 cup Butter, Softened (may Be Salted Or Unsalted)
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cups Sugar (for Rolling)

Directions

    Mix 1 2/3 cups of sugar with contents of Kool-Aid packet. Add butter, mix until fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. Add salt and baking soda. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well between additions. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll them in the remaining sugar.

    Place dough balls on baking sheet approximately 1 inch apart. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let cool 1 minute before transferring to cooling rack. Store in an air-tight container.
