  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. soya sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Shape into balls the size of large marbles.

    (Refrigerate or freeze if done ahead.)

    Arrange meatballs (thaw, if frozen) on shallow pan and bake at 500° for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Reserve meat juices.

    Serve meatballs good and warm.

    Serve with Horseradish Sauce Dip.
