- 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Shape into balls the size of large marbles.

2(Refrigerate or freeze if done ahead.)

3Arrange meatballs (thaw, if frozen) on shallow pan and bake at 500° for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Reserve meat juices.

4Serve meatballs good and warm.

5Serve with Horseradish Sauce Dip.
