  • 2/3 c. soy sauce
  • 3-4 lb. meat of choice (slices work best)
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, roasted and ground
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Dip each piece of meat in the sauce and layer in a flat dish or pan.

    Pour more marinade on top. Marinate 4 hours before grilling over coals or broiling.
