Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. chunk ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3 onion tops, sliced
- 4 small red chilies, dried, seeded and crushed
- 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. black sesame seed
Directions

1Make marinade by combining the first 6 ingredients.

2At least 30 minutes before serving, stir beef cubes into the marinade and let stand, stirring occasionally.

3To serve, heat salad oil; add meat.

4Cook, stirring to brown on all sides.

5Drain meat slightly; place on serving plate.

6Sprinkle with soy sauce, then with the sesame seed to serve.
