- 2 Tbsp. canning salt
- 1/3 c. vinegar
Directions

1Place in a large cooking vessel and add enough water just to cover.

2Cook 3 to 5 minutes after mixture comes to a boil.

3Place in sterilized jars.

4Jars and lids need to be hot.

5Seal.

6Invert jars for 5 minutes.
