- 1 1/2 lb. chopped beef
- 1 1/2 lb. cabbage
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Brown meat, onion and garlic in oil.

2If there is much excess water, pour off.

3Mix sauce, sugar, toasted seed and red pepper. Pour over meat mixture and simmer one minute.

4Quarter cabbage (or cut in smaller pieces); remove hard center.

5Spread over meat and cook, covered tightly, until firm-tender.

6Stir once.

7If desired, throw in some cherry tomatoes a minute before serving.
