- 3 large or 6 small bell peppers
- 12 pods hot pepper
- 5 lb. sugar
- 3 c. white vinegar
- 2 bottles Certo
- 1/2 tsp. red or green food coloring
Directions

1Grind peppers.

2(I use a blender.)

3Place in a large pot with vinegar, sugar and food coloring.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

6Remove from heat; skim and add Certo. Pour into jars.

7Makes approximately 6 pints.
