Korean Egg Roll

- 7 eggs
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Chop all the ingredients(carrot, cucumber and green onion) into dice.

2In a large bowl, crack eggs and stir nicely.

3Mix the chopped ingredients into the bowl.

4Add salt and black pepper to taste.

5A pan is heated with strong flame.

6Then, switch to low flame.

7Pour the mixture nicely and spread the egg first.

8Then, take a spoon and scatter the ingredients on top.

9(just like rinse something and take the liquid out first)

10Swith to medium flame.

11Roll eggs till half catefully by using two spatulas.

12Pour the remaining mixture into the pan.

13Repeat the rolling step.

14Cool the egg role for a while before cut.

15Ready to serve.

16Eat best with soup.
