- 2 lb. fresh carrots, sliced
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- corn flakes crumbs
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender; drain.

2Place in baking dish, sprayed with Pam.

3Melt cheese and butter.

4Stir constantly or it will scorch.

5Pour over carrots.

6Top with corn flakes crumbs. Dot with butter.

7Bake at 350° until brown and bubbly.
