- 1 lb. beef flank steak or top round
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
- cooking oil for deep fat frying
- hot cooked rice
- soy dipping sauce
Directions

1Partially freeze beef, thinly slice across the grain into bite-size strips.

2In a bowl, combine all measured ingredients. Soak meat for 30 minutes at room temperature.

3Fry strips in oil until desired cooking time (how you prefer your meat cooked). Serve over cooked rice.
