- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson vegetable oil
- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except chicken; mix well.

2Rinse chicken and place in a deep bowl.

3Pour marinade over chicken. Cover; place in refrigerator overnight.

4Shake occasionally.

5Keep mixed.

6When ready, prepare grill as usual.

8Place chicken on grill.

9Use remaining marinade for basting.

10Cook chicken until cooked thoroughly, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
