- enough small cukes to fill 1 gal. glass jug
- 1 Tbsp. pickling spice
- 1 Tbsp. dill seed
- 1 head garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. kosher salt
Directions

1Fit the cukes tightly into the glass jar.

2Add all other ingredients; fill with cold water.

3Seal tight with tape.

4Let stand in cellar for 7 days.

5Repack into smaller jars if desired. Use same juice and refrigerate.
