- Fresh cucumbers for 5 qt.
- 5 cloves garlic
- fresh dill- 10 heads
- hot red pepper
Directions

1Sterilize 5 quart jars and lids.

2Wash fresh cucumbers and pack into hot jars.

3To each quart add:

41 clove garlic, 2 heads fresh dill, small piece of hot red pepper.

5Combine 1 cup of pickling salt, 3 cups water and 1 quart cider vinegar.

6Bring to boil.

7Fill jars to within 1/2 inch of top with boiling mixture.

8Adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
