  • 30 to 36 cucumbers
  • 6 Tbsp. salt
  • fresh or dry dill
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard seed in each jar
  • 3 c. water
  • 3 c. white vinegar
  • 2 pieces garlic in each jar

Directions

    Wash cucumbers.

    Mix vinegar, water and salt.
  3. 3
    Bring to boil. Place cucumbers in jars and add a piece of dill, piece of garlic and 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed.

    Then pour boiling mixture into jars to 1/4-inch of top.

    Put caps on jars and process in boiling water for 20 minutes.
