Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut (I use kraut in jar without vinegar)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 small jar pimientos
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar

Directions

    Heat the water, vinegar, oil and sugar until sugar is dissolved.

    Drain kraut; rinse several times in water and squeeze until dry.

    Add all ingredients and stir well.

    Serves 10 to 15.
