  • 1 (16 oz.) can chopped kraut
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small can pimento
  • 1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Heat vinegar or sugar to boiling point.

    Pour over celery, onion, green pepper and kraut.

    Put into a glass jar and refrigerate.
