- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut or 1 lb. 11 oz.
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 (2 oz.) can pimento
Directions

1Drain and rinse kraut; let drain well.

2Heat vinegar and sugar until sugar melts; add kraut.

3Add onion, pepper and pimento.

4Let stand in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.

5Better if let set for 3 to 4 days before eating.

6Will keep for 3 to 4 weeks in refrigerator.
