- 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 medium onion, cut fine
- 2 c. celery, cut fine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Directions

1Heat vinegar, oil and sugar.

2Do not boil. Pour over vegetable mixture.

3Let stand for 24 hours.

4This goes well with a beef dinner.
