  • 1 qt. kraut
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 oz. pimentos
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed

Directions

    Cut up vegetables.

    Add to kraut.

    Bring to a boil the sugar, vinegar, oil, water and celery seed.

    Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate 24 hours.

    Keeps well for a week.
