  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Combine flour, 1 cup butter and sour cream in bowl; mix well. Chill for 2 hours to overnight.

    Divide dough into 4 portions. Roll each portion into 1/4-inch rectangles on floured surface. Spread rectangles with 1/2 cup butter.

    Sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar and pecans.

    Roll as for jelly roll, sealing ends and side.

    Freeze for several hours.

    Place frozen rolls on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
