  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Cut butter into cake mix.

    Mix in coconut. Pat mixture lightly into an ungreased oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch), building up edges slightly.

    Bake for 10 minutes. Arrange peach slices on top of mixture.
