  • 1 large taro
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 coconuts, grated
  • 2 c. coconut water

Directions

    Mix together grated taro and grated coconut. Add water and coconut milk into sugar and mix well.

    Pour into buttered cake pan and bake 1 hour at 300°.
