  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) can corn (Niblets), drained
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef, onion and pepper; drain.

    Add tomato sauce, corn, chili powder and Tabasco sauce.

    Simmer 30 minutes.

    Prepare noodles according to package; drain.

    When both are finished, combine and place in 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.

    Place cheese on top. Place in preheated 350° oven, just to melt cheese.

    Serve.
