- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1 (No. 3) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Line greased spring-form with ladyfingers; dissolve gelatin in cold water.

2Whip cream; fold pineapple and gelatin into cream (cubes of jello folded in optional).

3Pour in pan a layer of ladyfingers alternately with cream mixture.

4Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
