Ladyfinger Delight

  • 2 1/2 pkg. ladyfingers
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 small container Cool Whip
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    In a 9-inch spring-form pan, stand Ladyfingers around edge and on bottom of pan.

    Whip cream, vanilla and confectioners sugar; combine with Cool Whip, pineapple and nuts.

    Spread 2/3 of mixture on ladyfingers.

    Place 1 layer of ladyfingers on top, then remaining mixture.

    Top with cherry pie filling.

    Chill 2 hours.
