  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar (confectioners)
  • 1 1/3 sticks margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. pecans, cut up very fine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add water, flour and nuts.

    Work into soft ball.

    Break off small pieces and shape into fingers or crescents. Bake at 300° to 325° for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Let cool and roll in powdered sugar.
