  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 tsp. ice water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. plain flour

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and water, then flour and the nuts.

    Make a little roll in the shape of your fingers.

    Lay on cookie sheet and bake 18 to 20 minutes at 350°.

    Roll in powdered sugar when they cool.

    I roll mine in powdered sugar then lay them in a Tupperware container and put them in the refrigerator.

    I also roll mine again when I lay them out to eat. Can be frozen real good.
