- 1/2 pound lamb
- 1 x seasonings variety
- 1 x cracked wheat (bulgur)
- 4 each eggs hard boiled
Directions

1Mix the lamb with your choice of seasonings (salt, pepper, cardomon, thai chili paste and soy sauce worked for me) until smooth.

2Evenly spread around an entire hard boiled egg.

3Deep fry until the lamb is dark, and then serve hot with a seasoned tomato sauce over steamed bulgur, if desired.
