  • 1 lb lamb, cubed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 34 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 cups cooked basmati rice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except yogurt, cornstarch, salt and pepper, and rice, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.

    Stir in combined yogurt and cornstarch, stirring 2-3 minutes.
