  • 250 g lamb
  • 1 onion
  • 6 mushrooms (a handful)
  • 1 12 pints warm water
  • 1 vegetable stock cube (or 1.5 pints of a suitable stock)
  • rosemary

Directions

    Chop lamb and vegetables up put in a casserole dish.

    (Dissolve stock cube in warm water if necessary).
  3. 3
    Pour stock over meat and vegetables& add a good sprinkling of rosemary.
  4. 4
    Cook for about 2 hours at 190C.
