- 2-inch thick lamb chops
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- seasoning salt
Directions

1Melt butter; add vinegar and sprinkle of garlic powder.

2Pour over lamb chops.

3Sear under broiler only until brown on both sides.

4Sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoning salt on both sides.

5If necessary, transfer to a baking pan.

6Add enough water in bottom of pan to avoid sticking.

7Cook at 325° for 2 hours. Serve with mint jelly.
