Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean lamb, cut in cubes
- 3 small onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 c. seedless white grapes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tart green apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 c. stewed tomatoes
- rice
- chutney
Directions

1Brown lamb lightly in butter.

2Add onions.

3Add curry, garlic, salt and apple.

4Simmer with lid on until apple and onion are tender.

5Add tomatoes.

6Cover; cook until lamb is tender, about 1 hour.

7If not thick enough, cook a few minutes at higher heat to reduce.

8Add grapes just before serving.

9When they are completely heated through, serve with rice and accompany with a good chutney.
