Ingredients
- 1 1/8 pounds lamb mince trim
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon curry powder 1 to 2
- 1 2/3 cups peeled tomatoes chopped
Directions

1Combine lamb mince, egg, breadcrumbs and garam masala. Shape into 24 meatballs.

2Heat oil in large pan on high. Fry meatballs 8-10 minutes turning them occasionally. Remove from pan.

3Saute garlic and ginger in pan. Add curry powder and cook 1 minute. Reduce heat to low, then add tomatoes with their liquid. Simmer for 2-3 mins.

4Add meatballs and heat through for about 5 mins.
