- 1 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts
- 2 pineapple slices, cut in half
- 4 thin slices deli ham
- 4 thin slices deli turkey
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions

1Cut pie sheet in 4 equal pieces leaving crust in pan.

2Pat pineapple slices dry with paper towels.

3Top four pastry wedgres with one slice each of ham, turkey, cheese, and pineapple folding meat and cheese to fit.

4Top each with a pastry wedge, and seal and crimp edges with a fork.

5Cut slits in pastry.

6Place on an ungreased baking sheet, and brush lightly with egg.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

8Serve warm.
