- 3 lb. roast
- 3/4 c. white wine
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- favorite barbecue sauce
- 3/4 c. water
- flour
Directions

1Flour lamb roast and place in baking pan with 3/4 cup of water.

2Cover pan and place in oven at 500° for 30 minutes. Remove roast from oven.

3Add the white wine, lemon juice, garlic powder and bay leaf.

4Cover pan again; cook for 3 hours at 350°. Lastly, remove pan from oven and debone roast.

5Pour favorite barbecue sauce over meat in pan to suit individual taste.

6Broil meat in oven for 5 minutes or less.
